Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 boiled potato
  2. 1 big chopped onlion
  3. 1 cup boiled peas
  4. 1 chopped carrot (little bit boil)
  5. 5 baby corn (little bit boil)
  6. 4 chopped mashroom
  7. 2 cup soya granulated
  8. 1/2 cup bread crubs or bread slice
  9. 1 tbsp besan
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilli to taste
  12. 2 tsp coriander poweder
  13. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  14. 1 tsp garam masala
  15. 1/2 tsp black paper


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Make tikkis from this mixture. Heat oil in a non stick pan and fry on each sides for the few minutes.
  3. Serve with the sauce of your choice
