Ingredients: 100 gms Penne Pasta ( Boiled ); 3 tsp Fun Foods Veg Mayonnaise; 2 tsp Butter; 2 tsp Olive Oil; 1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic; 3 tsp Sweet Corn; 50 gms Blanched Carrots; 50 gms Blanched Green Peas; 200 ml Full Cream Milk; Salt and Pepper to taste; 20 gm Cherry Tomatoes; Few Basil Leaves; Parmesan cheese

ABOUT Mayonnaise Pasta ! RECIPE

White pasta is an Italian dish. I always liked the red version of this recipe i.e. the red pasta. But recently I made this white pasta and is the quickest recipe for pasta. Italian food is always quick and easy to make but imagine something which makes it even more faster and quick. There comes the new innovative pasta recipe in white sauce using Mayonnaise. Mayonnaise makes the recipe simpler and healthier and quick for those who are running out of time. Mayonnaise gives the sauce a Rich Creamy Flavor. It serves as a great meal and kids would definitely love this version of pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

100 gms Penne Pasta ( Boiled )
3 tsp Fun Foods Veg Mayonnaise
2 tsp Butter
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
3 tsp Sweet Corn
50 gms Blanched Carrots
50 gms Blanched Green Peas
200 ml Full Cream Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
20 gm Cherry Tomatoes
Few Basil Leaves
Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a pan on a medium flame add some butter and olive oil. Then add garlic and saute.
Add the veggies one by one and keep stirring. Add some salt. Mix well.
When you see the glaze of butter on the veggies. Now add Milk and combine well.
Off the flame and add the mayonnaise. Mix everything to combine.
Mayonnaise gives the sauce a Rich and Creamy flavor.
Now add the boiled Penne pasta.
Add the cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and tear in some basil leaves.
Fold the pasta in the white sauce. Combine together well.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Now plate the Mayonnaise Pasta and Serve.
