Ingredients to make Vegetable Poha
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (Carrot, capsicum, Beans, Onion and Potato)
- 4 to 5 curry leaves
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- aloo Bhujiya 1 packet
- Whole red chillies 2 or 3
- red chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
- haldi 1/2 tsp (Optional)
- salt to taste
How to make Vegetable Poha
