Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Butter 225 grms
  2. 1 cup Hershey's Chocolate syrup
  3. 3 eggs
  4. 2 1/4 cup flour
  5. 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  6. 2 cups butter milk(2 cups milk +2 tsp vinegar)
  7. Sugar 2 cups

Instructions

  1. IN 225 GRMS BUTTER ADD 2 CUPS SUGAR
  2. WHISK TILL PALE AND FLUFFY
  3. ADD 3 EGGS ONE AT A TIME WITH 5 MINUTE WHISKING BETWEEN EACH ADDITION
  4. IN 2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR ADD 1 TSP BAKING PWDR
  5. IN 2 CUPS MILK ADD 2 TSP VINEGAR AND MAKE THE BUTTER MILK
  6. ALTERNATING , ADD FLOUR AND THE BUTTER MILK TO THE BATTER
  7. MIX UNTIL ALL FLOUR AND BUTTER IS USED UP AND WELL COMBINED
  8. DIVIDE THE BATTER INTO 2
  9. ADD 1 CUP HERSHEY'SCHOCOLATE SYRUP
  10. TO 1 PART OF THE BATTER
  11. FOLD AND MIX THE BATTER.NO NEED TO WHISK AT THIS STAGE.JUST FOLD AND MIX
  12. CUT AND FOLD TILL ALL THE HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE SYRUP IS MIXED
  13. TAKE GREASED AND FLOURED BUNDT PAN
  14. FIRST ADD THE PLAIN BATTER
  15. THEN ADD THE CHOCOLATE BATTER
  16. EVEN IT OUT COMPLETELY
  17. BAKE THE CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE IN A PREHEATEDOVEN AT 180DEGREES C FOR 55 MINS
  18. LET THE CAKE SIT IN THE BUNDT PAN FOR 10 MINS
  19. INVERT AND TRANSFER IT ON THE SERVING DISH
  20. DRIZZLE MORE HERSHEY'S SYRUP ALL OVER
