Ingredients to make Meat Ball Fettuccine

  • Fettuccine – 400 gram
  • tomato – 200 gram
  • tomato Paste – 2 tbspn
  • onion - 150 gram
  • garlic pod - 3 nos
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
  • chicken stock masala - 1/2
  • hakka noodles masala 1/2
  • salt to taste
  • soy sauce -1 tbspn
  • green chilli - 1 no chopped
  • capsicum chopped - 1 tbspn
  • carrot chopped - 2 tsbpn
  • broccoli - 50 gram
  • spring onion chopped - 1 spring
  • for the meat ball
  • boneless mutton - 250 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
  • paparika powder - 1/2 tspn
  • coriender leaves - 3 tbspn chopped
  • oregano - 1/2 tspn
  • clove and cinnamon pwd - each 1/4 tspn
  • bread crumbs - 1 tbspn
  • roasted channa dal ( pottukadalai) 1 tbspn

How to make Meat Ball Fettuccine

  1. for fettuccini: take large vessel add water , salt . olive oil and wait until water gets boiled well. once the water is boiled well add 400 gram fettuccini in to it. Leave for a while until the fettuccini gets cooked well,
  2. after cook, drain it well and keep it aside.
  3. for meat ball : Wash mutton kheema drain the water completely add coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, paprika powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, cinnamon powder, clove powder and grind it well, t
  4. transfer the meat mixture into a bowl add crumbs powder and roasted gram (pottu kadalai) mix well and divide equal gooseberry size ball keep aside 10 min. After 10 minutes in a pan add oil and shallow fry all the meat balls ,keep aside
  5. For gravy Take another pan add butter + oil. Once oil gets heated add chopped onion and green chilli stir it well until light golden brown color. Add all vegetables and tomato paste cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Now add hakka noodles masalas and chicken stock sauté well.
  7. Grind together red chilli flakes,garlic,tomato in a mixer and add it to a vegetable mix add salt and required amount of water and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Once the masala gets ready, add the fettuccini in to it, mix it thoroughly until all the masala gets stick in to it. Finally add fried meat balls and give gentle mix.

My Tip:

You can use any type of pasta .
