Cheesy creamy tasty mint pasta for the taste of kids

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi penne Pasta
  2. Fresh cream 100ml
  3. White Cheese 100g
  4. Green chillies 3 Nos
  5. Fresh Pudhina(mint) 20 leaves
  6. Jeera powder 1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water with oil and salt , when the water boil add magi penne pasta to cook.
  2. In the mean time grind green chilli with Pudhina leaves to a coarse powder. Remove the cooked pasta from flame And drain the excess water.
  3. Add olive oil to hot pan and drop a pinch of jeera powder with grinded coarse powder of Pudhina and green chillies, saute untill the raw smell leaves. Now add the cooked pasta, saute untill all are mixed.
  4. Now add a fresh cream and stir in low flame. Once the cream is hot with pasta remove to serve in a serving plate.
  5. Add grated cheese to the served pasta.
