Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat pasta 200g
  2. Water 500ml
  3. Fresh cream 100ml
  4. Coriander seeds 50g
  5. Red chillies 50g
  6. Grated coconut 50g
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jeera powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Boil water with salt and olive oil. Add pasta to cook.
  2. Grind coconut ,red chillies, coriander seeds to a coarse powder. Fry peas until cooked. Remove the cooked pasta and strain it.
  3. Saute jeera powder in olive oil, Add grinded coarse powder and add salt to taste with cooked pasta. Add maggi chilli sauce half spoon and maggi tomato sauce 1 spoon
  4. Saute well and add cream to it. Wait until the cream becomes hot and serve in the plate
  5. Grate cheese on top of the serve pasta to spread throughout and serve hot.
