This is rajasthani sabzi ,when green veges are not available at home we often make this sabzi and here I have used green methi seeds you can use yellow also ,green seeds are less bitter so lets make this sabzi

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 papad
  2. 2tsp methi seeds yellow or green
  3. Ghee 1tsp
  4. 1tsp cummin seeds
  5. 1tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1tsp dry corriander powder
  7. 1/2tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2glass of water

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN SEEDS & RED CHILLI POWDER, FOLLOWED BY 1/2 CUP WATER
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, MIX
  3. ALLOW THE WATER TO COME TO A BOIL, ADD 3/4 TSP FENUGREEK SEEDS, SIMMER FOR 5 MINS
  4. TAKE 2 PAPADS & FOLD THEM LIKE THIS
  5. CRUMBLE INTO PIECES
  6. ADD TO THE BOILING CURRY
  7. ADD SALT, STIR IN, SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 5 MINS
  8. THE SABZI IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  9. SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR RICE
