Now add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, 1 tbsp besan, ginger garlic paste, ginger juliennes, black pepper powder and coriander leaves and make into flat round patties
Fry over medium flame until they are browned on both sides.
