Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 2 glasses
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. Salt as required
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  6. 1 Onion medium sized finely chopped
  7. 5 green chillies chopped
  8. Water to make semi thick batter
  9. One tsp oil for Cooking

Instructions

  1. Take a deep bowl.
  2. Add maida
  3. Add the eggs
  4. Now add chopped onions
  5. Add chopped chillies
  6. Add chilli powder
  7. Add pepper powder
  8. Then add salt to it and using two glasses of water make a semi thick batter
  9. Heat tawa or griddle... Better of its iron tawa. Add oil one TSP and then wipe the whole tawa with cotton cloth. So that's it's greasy but not oily.
  10. Now add the batter as per your requirement of the size.
  11. Now spread the batter in circular motion so that it becomes round in shape n thin like chapati
  12. In medium heat, let it cook for a minute, then turn over.
  13. Both the sides are cooked. Fold it and serve in a plate with tomato ketchup.
