Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced chicken 200grms
  2. Onions 2 finely chopped
  3. Chili 4 finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp refine oil
  8. Maida 2 cups
  9. Water
  10. Maggi cube

Instructions

  1. For the chicken filling. Mix chicken with onions, chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, oil and soya sauce. Keep it for half an hour at least to marinate properly.
  2. Knead the dough with few pinches of salt with normal temperature water. And keep the dough covered with damp cotton cloth for at least an hour.
  3. Make small balls out of it and roll the ball into a thin chapati. Now with the help of a glass, cut it into small round portions.
  4. Now remove the extra dough from it.
  5. Now put some minced chicken marinate in the centre of each circled dough.
  6. Take one sheet in it hand. Make any desired shape u want.
  7. Now boli water in a pot where u can put the plate with holes which sets properly over it and no steam comes out. If u have steamer then it's great, u can use that. Oil the holed plate so that the momos doesn't stick.
  8. In the water add one chicken stock cube. And some salt. Once it starts boiling, set the plate on it and cover it with a proper lid. Let it steam for at least 10 minutes.
  9. Now the momos are ready. Serve it with hot chutney.
