Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer- 200gms
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pinch of garam masala
  9. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Put oil add chopped onions and green chilli. Saute for a minute.
  2. As onions gets pink add tomatoes, saute for sometime.
  3. As tomatoes gets soft. Add red chilli powder and coriander powder and saute it.
  4. Grate paneer(from thick side of grater) and add into it. Mix with Masala.
  5. Sprinkle Garam masala.
  6. Do not do over mixing otherwise lache of paneer will mix or break.
