Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 tomatoes
  2. 1 cup gramflour
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 spoon turmeric
  5. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 pinch baking soda
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes in thin round slices.
  2. In a mixing bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
  3. Now add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  4. Heat oil in a pan .
  5. Dip the tomato slices into the batter and deep fry on midium hot oil till golden brown colour.
  6. Take out on the tissue paper for observed extra oil.
  7. Serve hot with sause or chutney.
