ABOUT Spicy Chicken Legs ! RECIPE

This is an Exotic Dish you will ever Eat ! Chicken legs marinated in spicy marination and grilled. It's so simple and easy to prepare using the ingredients available in your kitchen. The combination of spicy chicken with the yogurt dip is just so awesome. This recipe can be enjoyed at Parties and also Dinner Get together. A quick meal that is super easy and oh so yummy!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 chicken legs on bone
  2. 3-4 green chillies
  3. 2-3 dried red chillies
  4. 6-7 Garlic cloves
  5. 1 inch ginger, peeled
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Juice of 1 lemon
  8. 2 Tablespoons Oil
  9. 2 tablespoons blue cheese
  10. 2 tablespoons hung yogurt
  11. ¼ Cup yogurt
  12. Spring Onion greens finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Method : Make incisions in the chicken legs and put in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt to chicken legs and mix well.
  3. Combine together broken green chillies, broken dried red chillies, garlic cloves, crushed peppercorns and salt in a grinder.
  4. Roughly chop ginger, add to grinder and grind to make a smooth paste.
  5. Add the paste to marinated chicken legs and mix well. Marinate for 10-15 mins.
  6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated chicken legs and cook from all sides till golden brown. Cover and cook till chicken is done.
  7. Yogurt Dip Making : To prepare dip, mix together blue cheese and hung yogurt in a bowl. Add yogurt and whisk.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon spring onion greens and mix well.
  9. Enjoy the Spicy Chicken Legs With Yogurt Dip !
