Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. gram flour 1 tsp
  3. kasuri methi 1 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. oil 1 tsp + extra
  9. Water for kneading

Instructions

  1. Take the flour in a wide bowl. Crush the kasuri methi with hand and put it. Add the other ingredients and gently mix with hand.
  2. Add a little water and make a firm dough. Keep it aside for ten minutes.
  3. Take a ball of dough, roll it into a thin circle.
  4. Heat a skillet, put the rolled disc on it and keep it for sometime until the airpockets are visible.
  5. Then flip it over, apply some oil and press the edges with a potato masher. Roast on the other side too, dark brown spots should be visible and it should be crisp.
  6. Repeat for the rest of the dough.
