Two spoon salt
Four spoon chilly powder
Three ladle groundnut oil
Mustard, jeera , dry chillies for tadka
pinch of hing and turmeric
Roasted mustard methi powder half spoon
Lemon juice three spoon

Instructions

Roast mustard and methi in 3:1 ratio and powder
cut tomatoes into bigger pieces
Make tadka with oil, jeera, hing, turmeric , dry chillies
Add tomato pieces and salt. Mix
Allow it to half cook
When the mixture is still warm Add chilly powder and roasted mustard/methi powder and mix
Yummy pickle is ready to serve
