ABOUT Choco Delight RECIPE

Choco delight is my version of choco lava cake.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup of flour
  2. 1 tea spoon of baking powder 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate
  4. 1/2 cup of beaten curd/ milk
  5. 50 grams butter
  6. 1 tea spoon cinnamon powder/ vanilla essence
  7. 1/cup of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add the eggs to the sugar and butter mixture.
  4. Add the flour to the mixture slowly.
  5. Add the cinnamon powder and vanilla essence.
  6. Mix the liquid chocolate to the mixture.
  7. Add milk/ beaten curd to the mixture and fold properly.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  9. Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
