Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 100 grams
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Refined oil for frying


  1. Firstly need a dough by adding maida salt and a tsp of oil.
  2. Add luke warm water for the dough.
  3. The dough should be little hard as we make for kachoris or namak para.
  4. Now keep the dough for rest covered with a moist cloth for 15 minutes.
  5. Now take a wok add oil(for deep fry)
  6. Dusk the flour on shelf.
  7. After 15 minutes take the dough make its round ball and roll it flat.
  8. Now make a flat roti of it.
  9. Now cut the roti in half with the help of a knife.
  10. Now again make a cut in between by leaving the corner of both the sides.
  11. Start folding by overlapping the other side.
  12. One upon other
  13. Now give them a shape on the corners.
  14. Deep fry them till it turns little brown in color and flip to the other side.
  15. Enjoy your quick crispy starters.
