About Mango Kulfi Recipe

This is easy mango kulfi recipe with condensed milk and fresh mango pulp.

Mango Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Kulfi

  • Sweetened Condensed milk 400 gm
  • MIlk 3 cups (700 ml)
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • mango 2 count
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Mango Kulfi

  1. Take mango pulp and grind it to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the milk in a thick bottom pan. When the milk begins to boil, lower the heat and simmer and cook for three to four minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Now add Sweetened Condensed Milk and bring to boil stirring continuously, reduce the flame and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring from time to time. Add chopped almonds and cardamom powder mix well.
  4. Remove from fire and let it cool down. When it cools add the pureed mango, mix well and pour into kulfi moulds and freeze for 5-6 hours till set. Remove from moulds and serve.

My Tip:

If mangos are very sweet then use less Condensed milk i.e as per your taste.
