Mango Mawa Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Mawa Kulfi

  • Dussheri mango 5
  • Milk 1 litre
  • mawa 200g grated
  • Condensed milk 200 ml
  • Milk powder 2tsp
  • cornflour 2tsp
  • Chilled milk 1/2cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  • Homemade tutti frutti 2tsp
  • Chop mixed nuts 1/2cup
  • Chirongi 2tsp

How to make Mango Mawa Kulfi

  1. Take a heavy bottom wok add milk then milk boil
  2. Then milk boil and milk reduce in half quantity.
  3. Take a chilled milk add cornflour mix dissolve lumpsfree and add in rabri mix well.
  4. Then thick form then gas off and cool them.
  5. After cooling mix dry fruits,chirongi,condensed milk,tutti frutti,cardamom powder and grated mawa mix and keep a side.
  6. Take a mango washed and dried.
  7. Take a mango cut in top cap and cap keep a side.
  8. Take a scooper and scoop guthli carefully for twisting make a big hole.
  9. Take a guthli squeezed and pulp mix in rabri.
  10. Take a cup and mango filked in rabri and set in cup cover with mango cap and set in freezer for 6 to 8 hours.
  11. After 8 hours take a mango peel .
  12. Then cut in pcs and enjoy Mango Mawa Kulfi.

My Tip:

Dont need in sugar.
