Ingredients to make Mutton Curry

  • Mutton - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, (jeera, dhania, chilli, garam masala, meat masala) powder
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • onion medium 3
  • mustard oil - 2 tbsp

How to make Mutton Curry

  1. Marinate mutton with the ingredients and curd except onion.
  2. Keep overnight in the fridge.
  3. In a cooker heat mustard oil Add slice onion. Fry till golden brown. Add the marinated mutton. Mix well. Cover on medium heat stirring occasionally. Pour water when oil separate. Close the lid. After 5 whistle comes put off the flame. Serve with pulav/rice/chapati.
