Firstly mix besan, salt,sugar, haldi powder with70 to 80 ml water .
Mix it well and make a smooth batter.
Leave this batter for 10 minutes.
Then mix eno in little water and add into the besan batter nicely.
Then steam the khaman in greased plate for 10 minutes.
After that make tadka .
Take a pan add 1 table.s oil then add rai ,curry leaves,and green chillies.add 100ml water , Salt to taste 1table sugar , juice of one lemon .boil this water.after one boil switch off the gas.
Then cut the khaman into pieces and spread this lemon tadka water on the khaman p
Now khaman is ready to eat.
