Ingredients to make Mixed flour chilla

  • Whole wheat flour-1 cup
  • gram flour/besan-1cup
  • semolina/suji-1/4 cup
  • Carrom seeds/ajwain-1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Tueric powder 1/2 tsp
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • water-2 cups
  • oil to cook

How to make Mixed flour chilla

  1. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR/ATTA- 1 CUP. GRAM FLOUR/BESAN-1 CUP. SEMOLINA/SUJI -1/4 CUP.
  2. TAKE A BOWL AND MIX ALL FLOURS TOGETHER.
  3. ADD 1 TSP SALT OR AS PER TASTE.
  4. ADD 1 TSP CARROM SEEDS/AJWAIN
  5. THEN HALF TSP TURMERIC POWDER/HALDI.MIX WELL
  6. ADD WATER TO IT, APPROXIMATELY 2 CUPS IN SMALL BATCHES.
  7. PUT WATER IN BATCHES AND MIX.
  8. WE NEED THIS CONSISTENCY FREE FLOWING.KEEP IT SIDE FOR 10 MINUTES.
  9. ADD CHOPPED 1 CAPSICUM TO IT.
  10. ADD 1 TSP JEERA POWDER.
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER,CAN ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI TOO.
  12. GREASE NONSTICK TAWA ,POUR BATTER ON IT IN ROUND CIRCLE.
  13. FLIP IT AND COOK BOTH TILL ITS DONE AT MEDIUM FLAME
  14. LIKE THIS.
