Veggies Biryani

Ingredients to make Veggies Biryani

  • rice 1 glass
  • Cauliflowe florets 1bowl
  • Diced cut potato 2
  • Chop carrot half cup
  • peas half cup
  • Sweetcorn kennel half cup
  • Chop beans half cup
  • Chop garlic 1tsp
  • turmeric hslf tsp
  • red chilli powder galf tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4tsp
  • Whole pepoercorn half tsp
  • salt 2tsp
  • jeera 1tsp
  • oil 2tsp

How to make Veggies Biryani

  1. Take a rice washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes take a wok add oil,then oil heat add garlic and onion saute.
  3. Then add all dry masala and all veggies saute for 5 minutes.
  4. After saute add rice saute for 2 minutes .
  5. After 2 minutes add 2 glass of water then water boil gas slow and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes rice is cooked and serve.
