Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 bowl.
  2. Soya flour 1/2 bowl.
  3. Sooji 1 tbsp
  4. Tomato puree of 2 tomatoes.( Without adding water)
  5. Methi ( fenugreek leaves) chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Zeera whole 1/2 tsp
  7. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  8. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  9. Green chillies crushed 2
  10. Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder
  12. Salt to taste.
  13. Oill for frying.

Instructions

  1. Mix both flours . Add Sooji. Add Fenugreek chopped.
  2. Add salt, green chilli paste, red chili powder,. turmeric powder.
  3. Crush Zeera between palms and add. Add roasted sesame seeds.
  4. Add 1 tbsp water to ginger, squeeze out juice and add to the flour mixture .
  5. Mix everything well.
  6. Add 2 tbsp oil. Add tomato puree and make dough for poori.
  7. Cover and keep for 10 minutes.
  8. Heat oil in a pan. Take a big ball of dough , roll a big roti .
  9. Take a lid of small size and cut poori sized rounds.
  10. Fry on medium high heat.
  11. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
