ABOUT Tomato vege Omlette. RECIPE

A stomach filling breakfast made of Gramflour, Oats, Tomatoes , Spinach and Cauliflower.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. tomatoes 2
  2. Onion 1
  3. Spinach chopped 8 to 10 leaves (big)
  4. Cauliflower florets chopped bite sized 1/4 bowl.
  5. Gram flour 1 1/2 bowl
  6. Oats roasted and grond semi course ( not powdered) 1/2 bowl.
  7. Garlic cloves chopped finely 4
  8. Ginger chopped fine 1/2 inch.(1 tsp)
  9. Green chillies chopped 2
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  11. Red chili powder to taste.
  12. Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste.
  15. Oil for making Omlette.

Instructions

  1. Chop Tomatoes in small bites.
  2. Chop Onion small.
  3. Take 1/2 tsp oil and saute Cauliflower for 3 minutes. Cool.
  4. Mix both the flours.
  5. Add Tomatoes, Onion, Spinach, Cauliflower.
  6. Add Salt, Turmeric, green chillies, red chili powder.
  7. Add garlic, ginger and Ajwain.
  8. Add coriander leaves.
  9. Add required amount of water and make batter.
  10. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and add to the batter. Give a stir.
  11. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan.
  12. Spread a laddle full of batter. Spread.
  13. Cover and let it cook nicely.
  14. Spread oil on the upper side and flip.
  15. Cook brown on both the sides.
  16. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
