Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For tortilla chips
  2. 1 cup maiza flour
  3. 1/2 cup plain flour
  4. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  5. 2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp caroma seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 2tbsp oil
  9. water as required
  10. oil for deep fry
  11. For salsa
  12. 3 tomatoes
  13. 1 onian
  14. 3 tbsp cilantro
  15. 4 tbsp zelopinos
  16. 1 tsp paprika
  17. 1/2 tsp salt
  18. 1 tsp vinegar


  1. For Nacho's chips
  2. Mix together all flour,salt & all masala & oil. Make a soft dough like Puri with water. Keep dough for at least half an hour and knead well. Make big balls and roll like chapati. Cut the triangle shaped. Deep fry in oil on both side. Remove on to a tissue paper. Store them in a airtight box when cold.
  3. For salsa dips Cut tomatoes , onion &all ingredients. Blend in a mixer toll pulpy . Serve with crespy Nacho's chips
