Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Button mushrooms - 200 gms
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  3. Whole spices pwd - 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  5. Cornflour - 2 tbsp or more
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash mushrooms with some salt and water till clean.
  2. Now add some salt and turmeric and marinate it for half an hour.
  3. Mushrooms will leave it's water. Strain it.
  4. Now add the ginger garlic paste, whole spices powder, salt to taste and mix properly.
  5. Keep oil for deep frying ready.
  6. Now add the cornflour to the mushroom and coat it well. Mix lightly with a spoon.
  7. When the oil is hot, add few at a time and fry till a brown crisp cover is seen.
  8. Take out, place on a kitchen tissue for a while.
  9. Serve hot.
