Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Poha 150gm
  2. Potato 1 medium
  3. Tomato 2 no.
  4. Green Chilly 3-4
  5. Ground nuts 1/2 cup
  6. Oil 2 tb sp
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Urad daal 1 tsp
  9. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  10. Hing a pinch
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash poha and keep aside Cut potatoes in thin small slices Cut tomatoes into small pieces Cut green chillies Take a kadai, heat up for tadka.. Add oil, mustard, ground nuts, dal...and lastly hing. Add potato, salt(for potatoes) , haldi When potatoes are done add tomatoes... Toss a little and add chillies.. Again toss and add washed poha and salt for poha.. Toss... Garnish with grated coconut and dhaniya(optional) Serve hot...
