Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All Purpose Flour / Maida -2 & 1/2 cups
  2. Dry yeast- 3/4 tbsp
  3. Salt - 1 tsp
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  5. Oil - 3 tbsp
  6. Water - 1/2 cup or as needed
  7. For garlic spread-
  8. salted butter - 5 tbsp
  9. Garlic-10 -12 pods
  10. Italian Seasoning- 2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves- 3 tbsp finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Method: Mix yeast and sugar with luke warm milk and set this aside for 5 mins. let it foamup.when foam up stir it again.now its ready to use.
  2. Take flour, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.Pour yeast mix into the flour and mix well to a dough. Cover it with plastic wrap or damp cloth and set this aside for 1 hour till it is doubled in size.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for garlic spread together till it forms a smooth paste.
  4. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 -10 min again.
  5. Now we will prepare rose shape and then Arrange this in a buttered baking pan leaving little space between each of them. Now cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 30 - 45 min.
  6. preheat oven to 200 degree C. Now place this in the preheated oven. bake it for 20 to 25 minutes or according to your oven. Take out and apply some butter on top.
  7. How to make rose shape-
  8. Divide the dough into 20 equal balls.
  9. Roll out each ball to about 4 inch diameter.
  10. Make 4 diagonal slits, leaving the centre intact.
  11. Spread garlic spread on it and put some in center.
  12. Take one of the section and cover the side of the filling with it.
  13. Take the opposite side's section and cover the other side of the filling with it.
  14. Repeat with the two last sections.
  15. Pinch the dough on the side to seal.
  16. Repeat untill all rose rolls are done.
