Egg Kofta dipped in a spicy tomato,onion,yogurt gravy

Egg Kofta curry

Ingredients to make Egg Kofta curry

  • 5-6 large size eggs
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2-3 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp hing powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup gram flour
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red mirch powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4/5 potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2-3 tsp yogurt

How to make Egg Kofta curry

  1. Take olive oil in a flat pan,fry the onions,till golden brown .Add red dry chilly and fry it.
  2. Boil eggs and potatoes.Take gram flour in a bowl,add salt,water and make a paste.Coat the eggs and fry it .Cut it into pieces.
  3. Take oil in a pan,add hing powder,salt.Add the fried onions,tomatoes .Add turmeric powder,Kashmiri Red chilly powder,cumin powder.Add 1/4 cup water ,2-3 tsp yogurt ,ginger garlic paste and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once it starts boiling,add the eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes.Egg Kofta curry is ready.
