Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Small onion -10,thandu-half
  2. Big onion-1
  3. Tomato-3
  4. Mustard -half table spoon
  5. Vadagam-half table spoon
  6. Oil-refined oil 2 spoon,gingilly oil-3spoon
  7. Chilly powder-1table spoon
  8. Dry chilly -one
  9. Coriander powder-3 table spoon
  10. Turmeric powder-1/2spoon
  11. Pepper powder-2spoon
  12. Turmarind-lemon size
  13. Salt-as required
  14. Coriander and curry leave- as required
  15. To Grind:
  16. 1.onion+tomato
  17. Garlic.-10
  18. Drumstick-1
  19. Jaggery-pinch

Instructions

  1. 1.grind onion and tomato and kept aside. 2.Take a pan add refined oil, vadagam and mustard seed when it sprinkle add garlic. 3.add small onion,Dry chilly. 4.when it change light brown add grind paste and sort till raw smell goes. 5.then add thandu (cut in square ) 6.add drumstick and sort well.then add masala 7.turmeric,chilly,coriander powder sort well . 8.Then add water and leave them to boil. 9.aftr boil add tamarind as required.leave to boil. 10.add pepper powder and gingilly oil abdboil. 11.little jaggery 12.Atlast add coriander and curry leaves.keep gas in low frame .nice gravy ready to serve
