Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida (All purpose flour) - 1 medium size bowl
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper powder - Pinch
  5. Green chilli - 1/2 chilli. Finely chopped
  6. Green coriander leaves finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
  7. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dough with Maida, salt, Oil (1 tsp). Make small bowls from the dough to make poori.
  2. Beat egg by adding black pepper powder, green chilli , coriander leaves and salt
  3. Make 2 poori shape from dough balls.
  4. Take a small cup and put one of the poori in the cup top. Dab a finger in water and circle around the edges of the poori to make a sticky like consistency.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of the egg mixture and put it in the poori in the cup top. Cover it with another poori and seal the edges.
  6. In a pan add oil for deep frying.
  7. When the oil is hot add the poori and fry it from both side.
  8. Strain it from oil and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
