Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Soya champ 4pcs
  2. Paneer cubes 12
  3. Diced onion 3
  4. Tomato diced 3
  5. Curd 1 cup
  6. Bread crumbs half cup
  7. Oil 2tbsp
  8. For Tandoori masala
  9. Pink salt half tsp
  10. Whole red chilli 4
  11. Chat masala 2tsp
  12. Salt 2tsp
  13. Black salt 1tsp
  14. Garam masala 2tsp
  15. White pepper 2tsp
  16. Coriander 2tsp
  17. Fenugreek 2tsp
  18. Garlic powder 2tsp
  19. Ginger powder 1tsp
  20. Star Anise 2 pcs
  21. Nutmeg powder 2 pinch
  22. Turmeric 1tsp
  23. Oil 3tsp
  24. Eggless mayonnaise 2tsp
  25. Milk half cup

Instructions

  1. First one take a tandoori masala grind well and store in airtight container and store in a fridge.
  2. Take a bowl add curd,bread crumbs, mayonnaise ,2tsp of oil and 4tsp of tandoori masala mix.
  3. Then add paneer cubes mix then add chop soya champ,onion and tomato mix and marinade for 6 hours set in fridge.
  4. After 6 hours take a grill pan add oil then pan hot arrange soya champ pcs ,paneer cubes,half quantity of tomato and onion for grill in both sides.
  5. Take a pan add half quantity of tomato,onion and leftover marinade masala saute in 10 minutes add half cup of milk and cook make a curry.
  6. After 10 minutes mix grilled paneer,soya champ,onion and tomato mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot grilled paneer,soyachamp,tomato and onion curry.
