Shredded chicken in mayo and cream garlic sauce with lil veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. chicken 250gm
  2. Green chilly paste 1tspn
  3. G.G paste 1 1/2tspn
  4. haldi 2-3pinch
  5. Red chilly pwdr 2-3pinch
  6. coriander pwdr
  7. Garam masala
  8. carrots 2
  9. Beetroot 1
  10. cabbage 1/2
  11. French fries
  12. Cream garlic sauce 20tspn
  13. Mayo 10tspn
  14. Blck pepper pwdr 1/2tspn
  15. salt as req.
  16. For roti:
  17. maida 1bowl
  18. All purpose flour 1/2bowl
  19. Soda
  20. ghee 2tspn
  21. dahi 2tspn
  22. salt to taste


  1. Marinate chicken with green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, coriander powder, g.m and salt and keep aside for 1 hr.
  2. Soak chopped carrots & beetroot into a bowl of mixed 1 tsp of vinegar & 1/2 cup of water separately.
  3. Then roast the chicken pieces & shred into lil big pieces.
  4. Now prepare a dough & make rotis. Now bake the roti 1 side and jst turn the othr side for a while. Dont let the roti get cooked on both the sides.
  5. Now place the roti on butter paper, apply cream garlic sauce & mayo on baked side of the roti then place chopped cabbage, carrots, beetroot & roasted chicken. Roll the roti along with the butter paper.
  6. Cut the shawarma into 2 pieces. Serve hot.
