I don't like mushrooms when i have eat this kind if gravy in mines friend home i love mushrooms this is the special who loves mushroom

Ingredients Serving: 2

1 packet Mushroom
1 chopped onion
1 chopped shimla mirch
1 packet garlic bread
1 cup fresh cream
100 gm butter
10 pieces chopped garlic
red chilli powder according to taste
oregano & Chilli flakes according to taste
1 cup mozrella cheese
1 cup hara dhania for garnishing

Instructions

For garlic Butter:- First we make a garlic butter in a bowl take butter add minced orh chopped garlic add orgeno,chilli flakes salt and pepper mix it properly
For cheesy mushroom:- In a pan add garlic butter add finely chopped onions saute it than add shimla mirch saute it for 2 mins than add blanched mushrooms again saute it for 2 mins than add mozrella cheese,salt and pepper mix it well Than add grated mozrella cheese now add fresh cream in it stirr it continuously and make this gravy on sim gas till the gravy is thick
Till than we make garlic bread Take a garlic bread or normal bread we use spread garlic bread in it and roast on tava orh we bake it serve it hot
