Mirchi ka salan is mainly gravy which made up of fried peanuts and till,coconut is enrich the gravy along with chilli

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. mirchi 100gms
  2. 1cup roasted peanuts
  3. Half cup roasted sesamon
  4. Half cup coconut powder
  5. 1tsp jeera
  6. 1tsp daniya seeds
  7. 2 bay leaves
  8. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Half tsp chilli powder
  10. 1tsp salt
  11. Half tsp turmeric powder
  12. Half tsp garam masala
  13. Half cuo chopped capsicum
  14. Chopped coriander
  15. 1tsp kasturi mathi
  16. butter 3cubes
  17. tamarind juice half cup
  18. 1tsp


  1. Heat pan shallow fried peanut's,sesamon,jeera,daniya
  2. Keep all those ingredientes in a plate
  3. Make a fine paste ...these paste is main course gravy
  4. Take chillies cut side remove seeds,apply salt inside chilli
  5. Heat the pan add butter put half tsp cumin seeds when it's splits
  6. Add chopped onion
  7. Then add chopped capsicum
  8. Add Ginger garlic paste statue that then add peanuts gravy
  9. Add water keep mixup then add tamarind juice
  10. Once gravy is comes
  11. Heat the other pan add oil fri the chillies
  12. These fried chilli is add into the gravy
  13. Add all the spicyseasoning on to gravy
  14. Keep mix up that then add coriander
  15. Finally curry cooked oil floats on top it means cooked
  16. Add kasturi mathi on it finally
  17. Mix up well mirchi ka salan is ready to serve
  18. Take serving plate garnish with coriander
