Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cooked basmati rice
  2. 2 chopped tomato
  3. 1 tbs chopped green capsicum
  4. 1 tbs chopped red capsicum
  5. 1 tbs chopped yellow capsicum
  6. 2 tsp chopped green chilli
  7. 2 tbs oil
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp mustered seeds
  10. 1 /2 cup chopped onion
  11. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp turmic powder
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 1/2 tsp sambhar masala
  15. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  16. 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  17. 1 tsp cumin powder
  18. 1 tsp garam masala
  19. Salt acc. To taste
  20. Corrainder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Collect all the ingredients once.
  2. Take a pan put oil nd heat them . Add cumin seeds, mustered seeds, onion, nd translut them. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, nd red, green yellow capsium nd sauthe it for 2 min.
  3. Now add tomato. Nd cooked it
  4. Now add mix all dry ingredients,nd cook well till oil separat. Then add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, nd basmati rice mix well. Nd cooked for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame
  5. After cooked garnish with corrainder leaves , peas, lemon, green chilli. Nd serve it
