Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soaked Soybean granules - ½ cup
  2. Boiled potato - 2 pieces
  3. Chopped carrot - ¼ cup
  4. Chopped French bean - 1/4cup
  5. Chopped green capsicum - ¼ cup
  6. Green chilli - 1 large spoon
  7. Coriander leaves - 1 Large spoon
  8. Lemon juice - 1 Large spoon
  9. Flax seeds - 1 Large spoon
  10. Bread slices - 2 pieces
  11. Salt - as per taste
  12. chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  13. Butter - 3 teaspoon
  14. Chopped ginger - 1 large
  15. Chat masala - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. •	Grind soaked soybean granules in mixie •	Take butter in a pan heat it. Mix wet soybean granules and all chopped vegetables like boiled potato, chopped carrot, chopped french bean.
  2. Chop green capsicum, green chilli, coriander leaves, lemon juice, flax seeds .•	Add all spices like salt, chilli flex, chopped ginger and bread slices pieces. mixed them than beat for 2 minutes till the mixture is smooth.
  3. •	Make kebab with smooth hands on sticks,sprinkle flax seeds on upper sides of kabab.
  4. •	Grill in oven for nonstick plate without oil at 180 C for 35Min's.
  5. •	Let kept kabab to a serving platter and sprinkle chat masala.
  6. •	Now recipe is ready.
