Maharashtrian " Bakar" is stuffed in chilles are are baked to give you a delicious side vege.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green chill 6 no.( Bhavnagri)
  2. Roasted peanuts coarsely ground 1/2 bowl.
  3. Grated coconut roasted 1/4 bowl
  4. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 5sp
  7. Garlic chopped 4 to 5 cloves
  8. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tbsp
  9. Ajwain 1/2 tsp.
  10. Roasted gram flour 2 tsp
  11. Cheese grated 1 cube
  12. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast grated Coconut.
  2. Transfer in a plate. Add roasted ground peanuts.
  3. Add coriander powder, chili powder, garlic chopped, sesame seeds, ajwain, turmeric powder.
  4. Roast gram flour and add. Add salt and check the taste of masala to be stuffed. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Make a slit in chillies and take out seeds.
  6. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  7. Add 2 tbsp of oil in stuffing.
  8. Add grated cheese and stuff your chillies.
  9. Grease oven plate and arrange chillies.
  10. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Spread some masala stuffing over it.
  11. Enjoy with roti in your regular lunch .
