Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Red chilly 2
  2. Tomato 4
  3. Onion 1
  4. Baigan 200gms
  5. Sugar half tsp
  6. Salt 1/2tsp
  7. Haldi 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a 2 litre pressure cooker Add 1/4 cup water
  2. Add onion sliced as layer 1
  3. Add tomato as layer 2
  4. Add horizontal slit baigan
  5. Add the masalas n. Salt
  6. Close for 3 whistles
  7. Open , remove skin of baigan
  8. Mash it
  9. Take a tadka pan, add oil, add jeera, add garlic, add red chilly Fry till brown,
  10. Cool, and mix on in a mixi
  11. Mix to the Baigan mixture
  12. Ready to be served
  13. Garnish with coriander
