Ingredients to make Cheese crunch

  • Bread slices -6-cut into round shape
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cheese -2 tsp
  • onion -chopped -2 tablespoon
  • shimla mirch -2 table spoon
  • Mix herbs -2 tsp
  • maida 4tsp
  • chilly flakes
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

How to make Cheese crunch

  1. In a bowl add cheese onion,Shimla mirch, red chilly flakes, mix herbs, coriander leaves salt and mix it well. Take a round piece of bread, put the mixture into the bread.
  2. Take another bread apply lit but water and press it to another bread seal the edges.
  3. Take a bowl add maida and water and make a thick paste.
  4. Dip the bread into the maida mixture and then coat them bread crumbs and deep fry this cheese crunch.
