Spinach Cheese Toast

Ingredients to make Spinach Cheese Toast

  • 8 to 10 bread slices
  • 250 gm of spinach (properly washed and finely chopped )
  • 100 gm paneer grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cheese cubes grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper powder
  • salt as per taste
  • Topping-
  • Cheese grated
  • Oregano

How to make Spinach Cheese Toast

  1. Take oil in a pan add ginger -garlic paste.
  2. After 2 min add onions, cook till it become transparent.
  3. Add Spinach and cook till it becomes dry.
  4. Add salt..again cook for two min.
  5. Take cooked spinach in a bowl.
  6. Add grated cheese and cottage cheese( paneer) and also add black pepper powder.
  7. Place a little portion on bread.
  8. Grate some cheese on it and sprinkle some oregano.
  9. Grill in in a grilling pan until bread becomes crisp from bottom.
