Uselly made in winter & goes well with daal ric or aalu parantha.

Chilli Pickle

Ingredients to make Chilli Pickle

  • 4-5 Fresh green chillies
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 ginger
  • 8-10 lemons
  • 2-3 pinch hing
  • salt per taste

How to make Chilli Pickle

  1. First wash & dry all the vegetables
  2. Now chop chillies, carrots & ginger in small chunks
  3. Squeeze & strains juice from all the lemon
  4. Take a glass jar, add chillies, carrots & ginger ,add salt & Hing & leave it for 20 min.
  5. Now add lemon juice untill all the veggies completly deeped in lemon juice.
  6. Mix well & leave it as it is till next day.
  7. Your fresh chilli & mix veg pickle is ready to use
  8. Shelf life is 15 days without fridge.

My Tip:

Use de-seeded chillies for making this pickle.
