Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour, extra for dusting
  2. 2 tbsp chick pea flour
  3. 3/4 cup cheese
  4. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  6. 1/2 tsp dried basil
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp mixed herb
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 3/4 tsp salt or according to taste
  11. 1 and 1/2 tbsp butter
  12. 8 to 10 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3/4 CUP CHEESE IN A GRINDING JAR
  2. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
  3. 1/2 TSP DRIED OREGANO
  4. 1/2 TSP DRIED BASIL
  5. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. 1/2 TSP DRIED MIXED HERB
  7. BLEND THIS
  8. TILL ALL HERBS NICELY MIX
  9. TAKE 1 CUP WHOLE-WHEAT FLOUR IN A MIXING BOWL
  10. ADD 2 TBSP CHICK PEA FLOUR
  11. ADD BLEND CHEESE AND MIXED HERB MIXTURE
  12. ADD 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  13. ADD SOME WATER AND MIX ALL NICELY
  14. NOW ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE, ADD WATER AND KNEAD A CHAPATI LIKE DOUGH
  15. REST THE DOUGH FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
  16. AFTER 20 MINUTES AGAIN KNEAD THE DOUGH
  17. AND MAKE SMALL SAME SIZE BALLS OF THE DOUGH
  18. TAKE A BALL AND COAT WITH DRY WHEAT FLOUR AND ROLL THIS
  19. IF NEED, SPRINKLE DRY FLOUR AND ROLL THIS AS THIN AS POSSIBLE
  20. FOR PERFECT AND SAME SIZE TRIM THE EXTRA PART
  21. NOW TRANSFER IN LOW TO MEDIUM HOT TAWA , WHEN ONE SIDE DONE FLIP THIS
  22. WHEN BOTH SIDE HALF DONE, PRESS THIS TO COOK AND CRISP FROM ALL SIDES
  23. WHEN DONE LEFT IT OUT
  24. MAKE ALL CHAPATI LIKE THIS
  25. COOK AND AND CRISP ALL
  26. NOW MAKE ALL KHAKHRA LIKE THIS
  27. MELT 1 AND 1/2 TBSP BUTTER IN A PAN, AND ADD FRESH BASIL LEAVES TO CRISP
  28. WHEN COOL, CRUSHED THE LEAVES AND ADD SOME SALT AND MIX
  29. NOW TRANSFER THIS BASIL BUTTER AND CRISP KHAKHRA IN A PLASTIC BAG AND SHAKE IT TO COAT EVENLY
