ABOUT Chicken Spring Rolls RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 spring roll sheets
  2. 500 gm boneless chicken small cubed
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 capsicum julienned
  5. 1/2 cabbage julienned
  6. 1 carrot julienned
  7. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  8. 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  9. 2 tbsp tabasco sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Oil
  11. Oil to deep fry
  12. 1 Egg beaten
  13. Sweet chilli sauce to serve with

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with tabasco sauce, salt, soya sauce.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok.Saute garlic.Then toss all vegetables well in wok.
  3. Now add chicken cubes,salt and give a nice toss.
  4. Now put this mixture in the spring roll sheet.
  5. Give a egg wash at the edges and fold the rolls nicely.
  6. Now deep fry them in hot oil.
  7. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
