Maggi Pazzta Sprouts Salad

Ingredients to make Maggi Pazzta Sprouts Salad

  • 1 packet Pazzta masala penne
  • 1 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  • Black pepper powder 1 /2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 /2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup corriender leaves

How to make Maggi Pazzta Sprouts Salad

  1. KEEP 2 CUPS WATER TO BOIL
  2. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 1 MAGGI MASALA PENNE PAZZTA PACKET, SET ASIDE THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES WITH IT
  3. COOK IT AS PER THE SPECIFIED TIME LIMIT ON THE PACK
  4. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN THE PAZZTA IS DONE
  5. STRAIN THE WATER, ADD 1 TSP OLIVE OIL TO THE PAZZTA, SET ASIDE TO COOL
  6. TAKE 1 CUP MOONG SPROUTS, ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS & TOMATOES
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED CUCUMBER & POMEGRANATE SEEDS
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES-GINGER, SALT & ROCK SALT TO TASTE
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI, PEPPER & ROASTED CUMIN POWDERS
  10. ADD 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, MIX ALL
  11. ADD THE BOILED MAGGI PAZZTA, MIX
  12. FOR THE DRESSING : TAKE 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL, ADD THE TASTEMAKER, MIX
  13. HEAT THE MIXTURE FOR 30 SECONDS IN A MICROWAVE
  14. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE TO THE HEATED MIXTURE
  15. POUR THIS OVER THE PAZZTA SALAD
  16. MIX WELL
  17. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & MINT LEAVES, SERVE
