Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato- 1/4 kg
  2. Paneer cubes-1 cup
  3. Green peas-1 cup
  4. Tomato-1/4 kg
  5. Butter-4 spoons
  6. Red chilli powder-1 spoon
  7. Saunf-1 spoon
  8. Cumin seeds-1 spoon
  9. Salt- as required

Instructions

  1. First dry roast cumin seeds and saunf and blend it to a fine powder.
  2. Wash, cut and boil potatoes. Once it is done peel it and cut in to cubes. Chop tomatoes well. Keep paneer and green peas ready.
  3. Heat two spoons butter in a pan and fry potatoes and green peas.
  4. In a separate pan saute chopped tomatoes by adding two spoons butter till mushy.
  5. Once the tomato is cooked mix with potato and green peas.
  6. Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds and saunf powder, and salt.
  7. Add paneer at this stage
  8. Fry well and add water to loosen the gravy.
  9. Once the gravy starts thickening transfer to bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
