This sauce is made up of tomatoes ,with flavour of garlic,onion and italian seasoning.yummy in taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

Tomatoes -8
Onion 1
Garlic cloves 7-8
Olive oil/butter 1 tbsp
Oregano 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp

Instructions

Take 8 tomatoes.put them on water and cook for 12 minutes.
Cook till skin comes out.
Take out the skin,chop them and make puree of it in mixer.
In a pan add butter/olive oil .saute chopped garlic ,onion till it changes colour.
Add tomato puree to it.
Add oregano,black pepper,red chilli flakes,salt,sugar to it.
Cover it and cook it till oil seperates.
Add ketchup to it.cook for another 2 minutes
Cool it completely.
Store in airtight jar
