Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer:1 cup
  2. Green peas:1 cup
  3. Onion:2 thin sliced
  4. Tomatoes:2 thin sliced
  5. Green chilli:1
  6. Ginger and garlic paste:2 spoon
  7. Cashew: 5-6
  8. Cinnamon :1
  9. Cloves:2
  10. Bay leaf:1
  11. Ghee:4 teaspoon
  12. Kasuri methi: 1 spoon crushed
  13. Red chilli powder:1/2 spoon
  14. Coriander powder:1 spoon
  15. Turmeric powder:1/2 spoon
  16. Cumin seeds powder:1/2 spoon
  17. Salt: as required
  18. Fresh cream:1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 spoon ghee in a pan fry cashews, onion and green chilli till onion turns translucent.
  2. Add ginger & garlic paste and fry till raw smell comes out.
  3. Add tomatoes and fry till turns mushy.
  4. Allow it to cool down for sometime and blend it to a fine paste.
  5. Heat left ghee in a pan fry bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves.
  6. Now add grounded paste and green peas.
  7. Add all spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder ,cumin seeds powder and salt.
  8. Add paneer cubes and stir well.
  9. Loosen the gravy by adding milk. At the end add crushed methi and fresh cream.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
